I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location couldn't be better, right in the heart of Galway city with everything within easy reach. The rooms were cozy and clean, although a bit tight on space in the bathroom, but that comfortable bed and balcony made up for it. The service was top-notch, with helpful staff always ready to assist, although they couldn't adjust the rate for me. Dining was a treat with delicious homemade bread and granola, but I wish there were more options. Overall, a great value for money stay!

The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a mix of options to accommodate different needs. The service overall was good, but it was a bit disappointing when I asked management for the same rate and they refused.
