The location was convenient for walking around and experiencing the area. the car park was easy to find, a major plus. the room was clean with a comfortable bed. the staff was friendly. I especially want to thank jenny, amy and paige for their really good service and willingness to help.

the breakfast area got a bit crowded during peak hours, requiring a short wait for a table.

The staff was very helpful. I received a discount on parking. The location was convenient for exploring.

My room had no drawers for clothes storage. I had to store my clothes on the limited shelf space. The top shelf of the storage area had not been dusted. The small shelves in the bedside stand were also dusty.

the staff were polite. i found the location acceptable for exploring the area.

i booked a twin room. i ended up in a wheelchair accessible room without being informed. the shower area was not clean. the breakfast was very limited. it included grey scrambled egg and pre-packed muffin. the counter area for breakfast was also messy.

The hotel's location is close to the center with public parking nearby. Breakfast included fresh products. The staff was friendly and caring. Joey and Paige at the front desk were very helpful. Davina managed breakfast service and took care of guests.

The hotel did not provide water bottles in the room. Tap water in a glass was offered instead.
